Replacement Parts

Shipping: Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous United States via UPS or USPS ground services on all replacement parts orders. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery depending on the time of ordering and shipping method on in-stock items. Items are shipped during regular office hours, Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.

You will receive tracking information within two business days that your order is placed. You are able to request expedited shipping for an additional cost on in-stock items.

Returns: We do not accept returns on any replacement part orders. If unsure about your model number or the item you are ordering, please contact our customer service team during regular business hours. We would be happy to assist you.

Contours Accessories

A reminder that our accessories are not intended as toys and caution should always be used when opening items so that debris is not left in your child’s reach. Use and assembly should be completed with adult supervision.

Shipping: Shipping cost will be provided during check-out for all orders on Contours finished goods and accessories. Returns: We will accept returns on undamaged accessory products for up to 30 days after delivery. If your item arrived damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately.
